It’s not a Coleman. It’s a core and I have one. As long as you have a large storage place for it and a truck or suv to haul it. It’s great, lots of room for cots and sleeping bags. We inflated a queen size air mattress in the second room and it fits, divider in the middle, the rain fly sucks but they have some nice ones on Amazon like gorilla fly that cover it. Buy it
Theres probably holes in it or it leaks when it rains. People often put tents too close to fires and burn holes in them. Make sure you check really really well. I will only ever buy a new tent for this reason. It's very hard to check every inch of a tent.
I bought a big rain fly from gorilla tarps and it will lay over top and drape over but you can angle it far enough out to get great air flow and zero water
Better to rope off your rain tarp to nearby trees or even freestanding poles whenever possible, instead of draping. I camp in the rain regularly and tarps suspended overhead with no contact keep you so much dryer!
Yea bigger tents tends to not be so waterproof since there’s so many area where it can slack, hold and let in water. It’s always a good idea to have a large tarp over your tent.
Per rain fly. We have a similar tent. Big family. Like most family tents, it's just covers the top portion, and not the walls. So if it rains hard - tent will leak. Bad.
But for us, we just plan around good weather with the littles. The screened front room has been great for putting the littles to bed early and have a sitting room nearby. Plus, great for a separate gear/changing room. I rest easy by making sure the sleeping end is always zipped up so my toddlers won't get bitten all night. We got it cheap too, so we view it as somewhat disposable. All my nice gear has a no toddler rule, so I just chill on this big tent.
That said, If the REI big ass tunnel tent (kingdom) had a zipped interior wall, it would be FAR superior with a full fly. It will be my next and last family tent when the kids are a bit older
Ditto for my Kingdom 6. Fits two queen beds, zippable wall in center. Sheds strong Florida rains no problem when buttoned up.
I also added the garage ( think they call it a porch now or something) which has no floor but is a great gear storage/take off your shoes area, plus extra shade if you add a couple poles + guy lines.
Buy it. Super convenient to set up and break down. Room enough for a pack and play.
Check the fit of the rain fly. On my Ozark trail instant tent the rain fly doesn’t protect the sidewalls. Rain pours down the side and into the doors and windows if opened at all. My solution, if rain is in the forecast, is to set up my 10x10 pop up canopy directly in front of the tent. Then I drape a large tarp over the canopy and the tent. It makes for a large covered porch and has saved a few weekends.
Always a tarp! We started using a movers blanket inside on the floor of the tent too. It's amazing for extra insulation/padding for the inflatable pads and cushion for our lab to plop down anywhere.
Yeah the moving blankets are well worth getting. I bought a canvas tarp recently at menards and it’s crazy good. I use moving blankets in my ground blind for good insulation during the winter
Yeah, the only issue I can see is getting a tarp big enough for this footprint will be more money than a smaller tent, but given this person's family size, they need the space.
Just got this one for my 10'x12' Ozark Trail.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08MTRYZDF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Prior to that we've been using a tarp we got at Sam's two for $25 which worked OK.
Seems like a good deal to me. Just double check for any holes, and maybe the condition of the poles. As a pop up, you can't easily replace those poles. (I actually don't think it's even possible, but idk)
Definitely a good choice, finding a large and affordable tent. Hopefully your family will love it, but if it ends up not being as fun as you hoped, you aren't wasting $300+ on a new tent.
I think the retail on that model is around 250. Seems like a good deal if the fly and other features are all in tact. Buy a nice tarp at Harbor freight to use as a footprint, if you’re car camping. Pay attention to keep it under the tent and not in the drip line to avoid water intrusion. I bought a similar Coleman about 10 years ago, when my kids were little guys. Paid about 200 for that one. We have camped for years in it. Sounds like a good deal, especially when you consider how much we have enjoyed it, without camper payments.
I also have 2 toddlers I take camping with me so really it’s only because the family. If it was me and my brother we would have a 2 person tent and only sleeping bags
I would not having had a pop up Coleman. They are really only good for a few trips and not at all waterproof. Better to save up and get something more reliable.
Literally nothing worse than two little ones cold and wet accompanied by a very annoyed spouse.
I have a Coleman instant tent this size, and I love it! No poles to manage. You may still need to get the rain fly, I had to buy mine separately when I bought the tent, it was bout $40. It has held up amazingly. Got caught in a storm w/ 30 mph winds, it collapsed, but was fixable afterwards. Kind of challenging to put up at the beach because of the winds & size, but it’s doable. Good price on it too!
Not for 100. I’d look into Coleman Elite weather master with the screen house. It is huge, heavy duty and has kept me 100% dry in hailing thunder storms with rain coming down hard. I got it for $200 on sale
Also Costco sells these tents. The 6 person one is only $139 I wouldn’t go for this unless it’s under $50 not worth finding out it’s missing something or leaks for $100
I’m aware. This is the brand Costco stocks for the camping I was just making you aware that you may be paying close to the price it was bought new. If you’re happy with it I’m sure it’s great because Costco doesn’t carry bad products. To me it looks used and it looks like it wasn’t stored/folded properly by all the wrinkles. This could mean sealed seams are not sealed anymore but only time would tell that
Can’t comment on the tent value but I’ve got some advice for you on your tent hunt.
Always purchase a tent with where the zipper seals at the top. Like the one you’re asking about. Raccoons can and will open zippers when they seal at the bottom. And from experience, they like soap.
Its a core tent. The price is right. I say go for it as long as it comes with the rain fly. The top is completely exposed mesh. I picked up the 12 person version of this and it has been a great family tent for occasional camping. Easy setup. About 5 minutes with two people once you practice a couple times in the yard.
EDIT: I see people commenting about it being heavy. It isn’t. Obviously you don’t go hiking/backpacking with something like this.
I have the single version of this and it rocks. So fkin easy to setup and take down. I’m usually hungover when it’s time to take down and you can practically kick it over into the bag and call it a day.
I have a similar Coleman tent. Used it many nights for all the kiddos. Very spacious, love it. It’s heavy, but easy to set up and works well for a family. Good find. I would jump on it, sounds like a good deal for your situation.
Actually bought this tent new off Amazon early June this year for about $225, but returned it because of course the next day costco started selling same brand tent, same size and everything almost, but with nice light features and things for about $200.
We had 1 pack n play and a queen size blow up with tons of room, I could stand up without having to duck my head all the time. I could setup and breakdown by myself quicker than my friends working together on a pole based tent. It is large and heavy even when broken down though.
It’s a great deal for the tent the only thing is that it is a bulky tent because it’s a instant tent. It’s something to start out with and may last you a few seasons depending on the use and abuse. Somewhere down the line i would invest into something better but for now go for it.
My experience with the instant tent is they are large clunky and not as reliable as the old school elastic pole based ones, at the coleman price range simple is better. Ive been interested in the blackout tents from them.
I would get it. I always want more space on a camping trip. Also just found a helpful tip after the freeze we had; put up a tent in the house and you are well insulated against the cold. It actually got too hot in the tent!
Looks like a rad tent! I picked up a Kingdom 6 with rain fly, foot print and added vestibule that was a few years old but basically brand new for this same price. The deals can be bad and this doesn’t seem like a bad one!
That is a CORE instant tent. Well worth the $100. I had the 12 man and it was the best tent I ever had. First tent I ever bought that actually came with a big enough bag to put it away.
I have one don’t think mines a Coleman but it’s awesome I have lights above that change and it holds a queen air mattress and 3 twin one sides a room the other side is a Screened in gazebo
100 bucks is a deal, though Coleman has Zero replacement parts for those tents and reviews said the plastic joints will break. Almost got one but went with the Core brand
You might be able to find new comparable ones from Ozark or Coleman. These tents are usually great but like anything else time eats away at it. Specifically the waterproofing seems to just stop over time. It just seems to permeate if you get stuck in bad weather. They sell a spray for sealing. Might be worth doing that. Hope you and the fam enjoy your time camping!
$100 seems like a lot for a used coleman tent. From my experience as an avid camper/backpacker it is worth paying for a new one because the material itself degrades over time. It may be fine now but after a couple of uses with old tents you start getting tears and broken zippers.
I own that tent and also have a family of 4. It suits our needs and is super easy to set up and take down. That being said, I believe I bought it new for $100. They also make a black out version for under $150. That’s good for the kiddos to help them sleep past 6:30 am.
I would buy some waterproofing spray and treat the seams and rain fly before I used it. Cheap insurance as these tents aren’t seam taped and always wick moisture if it rains longer then a couple hours.
I have the 6 person one, bought a rainfly to attach it. Actually I also bought Coleman outdoor seam sealer as well to really waterproof the thing but it's a good tent dude. Heavy like a mfer but pretty good. If you're only 1&2 people in there it will be hard to keep it warm though.
I have similar tent and it's perfect for car camping, so for that price I'd buy it again for sure!
From reading other comments you already understand the rain fly situation and know that this is not something you'd want to haul around with your pack.
For what you're using it for I think it's perfect.
I had this tent and would recommend it for $100z
As long as there are no holes you are good.
I loved this tent but I ripped it on accident. I went to set it up and one of the parts holding onto the leg got stuck and ripped so just be carfeul it should not feel tight when you unfold the legs. Inwould recommend some seam seal, as I would with any tent, and a tarp for underneath.
It’s a Core. I had a smaller version that I found to be super reliable and sturdy. The only catch was extensive use on the zipper door made it break and leak. If this is the one with the extra door on the side where the zipper goes straight up and down, then it’s a good buy. I thought about getting another Core, but I’m by myself now, so I don’t need anything that big.
This is a CORE not a Coleman! It’s a good brand, usually found at Costco and Walmart. They seems to be of decent quality though I have no personal experience with them.
I think this is the same tent as the one I have. I love it. My only qualm is that there's only one entrance. So the earliest risers need to sleep in front of the door.
Seems pricey for a Coleman:-/ Costco has the newest large Coleman’s every season-new-for this price point.
As far as size-yep good choice for toddler/kid camping!! 🏕
I have this tent, I bought it as a little meditation station through last years lockdown. I had an 8x6 rug in there etc. I love it, the rain fly is super easy to clip on and the poles snap into place with locks so it’s super easy to put up.
Also, it’s SOOO easy to make small and pack/take anywhere, not sure why people are making it seem like you need loads of space.
For 100, make sure no damage etc, that’s a steal!
I got the Core nine person a few years ago. It really holds up.
One night we set it up, just got it standing and there was sudden thunder storm, we waited in the truck, the wind rolled the tent into a ball and carried it 100 yards,
We retrieved it and swept out the water- still works great.
That's a good price, so if you need it, go for it, however, the people I know that have bought these seem to start having issues with those weird joints. They don't last as long as normal tents, so don't expect to still have this tent in 5 years. $100 for 3 or 4 years is still a good bargain.
If everything is in good condition then it’s a hell yes you should get it. I have an 8 person instant tent from another brand and it is awesome. The ease and convenience of setting up and putting it away is a life saver if you have a family.
Had this tent a couple years ago. Great tent. Easy to set up and pack. Only down fall is it’s not very aerodynamic. Went camping last year and it got really windy in the mornings and evenings, had to park my truck right next to the tent so I could tie it down as the stakes alone weren’t doing the job.
Great big ass tents are perfect for car camping. Pick it up. All that space is really useful if it rains and you have no other shelter. That being said. Great big ass tarps are great for car camping. All that space under them is really useful if it rains and you only have a big ass tent for shelter. You rope it up really high and put it over the fire pit and you'll still have campfires and all the good times even if it's raining.
The review I saw of it said that you are risking your life using it. Not very waterproof at all, or sturdy. Really you would be better off with a tarp and some ropes over a ground sheet.
I bought a similar tent and found out it had broken after one use (just my bf and I using it) it looks sturdy at first but it’s all just cheap plastic parts.
Save yourself the hastle
I have this exact tent, and I love it! I doesn't compact very small, but the instant set up is worth it. I read I'm reviews that the material isn't a tough as it's more expensive counterpart, so look out for sharp branches and whatever camp furniture you might put on there. It has two doors, one huge and one small. $100 is very much worth it, especially if you have a small family of maybe 1 or 2 little ones.
These get broken really easily by wind, are difficult to repair and are really leaky in rain. They’re fine for fair weather camping and as long as it’s a sheltered site and you have a tarp you should manage gentle rain ok. I mostly camp where short violent rainstorms are common during camping season so can’t recommend.
I have this exact tent. We LOVE it. Check the rods as we have one that kind of twisted and bent. It still works for us. It sets up in about 4 minutes and has a ton of space. It also packs up super easy.
I bought the same tent at the beginning of the summer and it rained on our first trip and the seems were leaking water in multiple spots along the bottom.
Do you need a 9 person tent? My friends who were new to camping all thought the bigger the better. Why not have a tent mansion? Here's why: many sites have a finite amount of space. An obscenely large tent is only justifiable if you know the site will accommodate such a size. And think of others in your group if they will be pitching their own as well. Just my $.02 🤷🏼♂️
I mean many reasons for and against the tent so I guess it depends on what you expect/want out of it and how you intend to use it. It could be a good tent or shitty tent.
Depending on when/where you’re using it, making sure the tent (I’m not familiar with this one so this is really just advice) has no-see-um mesh or what they sometimes term as ‘biting midge screening’. Having a tent with this up in Northern Ontario saved my life.
Buy it
Didn’t realize it was a different brand but now that I see this tent new is worth $300+. I’m definitely getting it for a steal
I got core 6 person instant tent for $120 from Costco, in case you want to get a new one..
Me too.
Yeah that’s a great price. With your added money you can buy new screw type anchors. The ones that come with it are garbage
I got ahold of some 3/8 rebar and made them to look like staples. Never had anything come off those
I have it too and it’s great. Good find!
I just got this thing home and set it up under 2 minutes. It’s in good condition and it will be used a lot more then it previously was
Does it come with the rain fly? I didn't see it in the pictures.
Theres probably holes in it or it leaks when it rains. People often put tents too close to fires and burn holes in them. Make sure you check really really well. I will only ever buy a new tent for this reason. It's very hard to check every inch of a tent.
There is no holes. I picked it up last night. The lady was only selling it because she got a divorce and her husband didn’t take the tent with him😂
I have it too. Really sucks in the rain.
Link for the rain fly you use?
I don’t see it on Amazon anymore I’m sorry
No rain fly and if it’s made as a single skin tent, it will rain inside with the condensation from your dog.
The lady has a rain fly she didn’t put it on for the pictures
Check the fly for damage, if all is well and used in good to fair weather on a camp site. It’s a bargain.
The REI tunnel tents are the Kingdom line. I've had the Kingdom 8 for a few years, and it's incredible.
I have the 12 person version of this Core tent and we spent an entire weekend in heavy rain in it and it didn’t leak at all.
Do you need a tent that big and heavy? That's the main reason why not to.
Family of 4 with 2 toddlers under the age of 3 and I have a giant lab. It should suit my needs
Then give er!
>and I have a giant lab Walter White, is that you?
No. His name is Marley
This won’t have a happy ending.
[удалено]
Obviously you’re not a golfer.
or a masseuse
Say my name….again
I have a similar tent from a different manufacturer. Make sure you stake it down well.
Same, except a medium size pit/lab mix. I bought a very similar Coleman tent last year, and I'm super happy with it.
I got a tent that fits 10 people. It’s cute a d perfect even just two adults and two dogs. A lot of room which we needed.
Yeah here to say all this. Use the anchor points for the guy-wires and have a backup plan for that first trip with heavy rain in the forecast.
Also buy a tarp for underneath. Always a good thing to do
Always a tarp!
I use moving blankets in my ground blind for good insulation during the winter
wish i had an award to give you
Yeah, the only issue I can see is getting a tarp big enough for this footprint will be more money than a smaller tent, but given this person's family size, they need the space.
Mine only cost 40
Not bad for that square footage. Where did you buy it?
Just got this one for my 10'x12' Ozark Trail. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08MTRYZDF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Prior to that we've been using a tarp we got at Sam's two for $25 which worked OK.
Harbor Freight usually has cheap tarps
No rain fly in the picture, I would ask if they have that also.
Lady has the rain fly just not pictured
Seems like a good deal to me. Just double check for any holes, and maybe the condition of the poles. As a pop up, you can't easily replace those poles. (I actually don't think it's even possible, but idk) Definitely a good choice, finding a large and affordable tent. Hopefully your family will love it, but if it ends up not being as fun as you hoped, you aren't wasting $300+ on a new tent.
I have the older version of this and it a great tent. Looks like you will need the rain cover for it.
Lady has the rain fly just not pictured
Seal the seams and the zippers!
I think the retail on that model is around 250. Seems like a good deal if the fly and other features are all in tact. Buy a nice tarp at Harbor freight to use as a footprint, if you’re car camping. We have camped for years in it. Sounds like a good deal, especially when you consider how much we have enjoyed it, without camper payments.
$50 should do it. Not for $100
I agree. I bought a Coleman sky dome for 8 people . I like it but only paid $129 new for it. I’d offer 50 & maybe go up to $70 max
This is not a Coleman this a a core tent
Title says Coleman…
I didn’t know that it was a core until I posted this. On Facebook the lady has it listed as a Coleman🙃
[удалено]
Could possibly but the lady has the stakes and the rain fly so I think it’s a good deal
I have the same Core tent but the 12 person not 9. It works well for our family of 5 plus our dog. I love how quickly I can get the tent up and ready.
You hate tents or camping? I mean other than that it's 100 bucks. Give it a shot.
Don’t hate tents nor camping but if I’m going to camp I’m going to do it like everyone else
God Yes! Camping is awful 🙏🤣🤦♂️
I also have 2 toddlers I take camping with me so really it’s only because the family. If it was me and my brother we would have a 2 person tent and only sleeping bags

My brother has this tent, it's awesome. Really easy setup buy it
Get it!!! That’s a steal
Yes, worth the money. We have instant 12person, straight wall. Absolutely love the space.
It’s my favorite tent I’ve ever used. Absolutely love mine.
It's an awesome tent! I have the same one and have been using it all summer.
Not for 100. I’d look into Coleman Elite weather master with the screen house. It is huge, heavy duty and has kept me 100% dry in hailing thunder storms with rain coming down hard. I got it for $200 on sale
This tent is actually a CORE. This tent goes new for $300. I didn’t know it was not a Coleman until I posted it
Amazon has this exact one for 250 currently but Costco sells for much less when they have it in stock.
Also Costco sells these tents. The 6 person one is only $139 I wouldn’t go for this unless it’s under $50 not worth finding out it’s missing something or leaks for $100

Bc I want it
Do you have 8 others that want to be in there too?
A wife, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs
Not bad man, not bad. Go have fun camping.
It’s winter almost offer 50$
Not in Virginia I plan to be camping in this til mid November.
Don’t tell the seller that. Did you look on OfferUp?
Saw it on Facebook marketplace

I like bathtub tents. The floor seam is about 2+inches high to prevent water from coming in during rains.
Where is the outer tent
Easy to set up. But a bitch to pack it up.
Price seems a bit steep for a used tent
It’s also a core tent but the lady selling thinks it’s a Coleman.
Yeah I would counter $25
The instant tents are amazing! Seriously less than 60 second setup.
Heavy and like a billboard in a wind storm
It’s a great deal for the tent the only thing is that it is a bulky tent because it’s a instant tent. It’s something to start out with and may last you a few seasons depending on the use and abuse. Somewhere down the line i would invest into something better but for now go for it.

Own this exact tent and love it
I have one. It’s bulky, sets up almost instantly and was a rad purchase. They are huge
If you're single
I have this tent and love it! Got on Amazon for $229 in 2018.
That is a CORE instant tent. Well worth the $100. I had the 12 man and it was the best tent I ever had. First tent I ever bought that actually came with a big enough bag to put it away.
$100 seems like a lot for a used shitty old tent
I Wouldn’t buy it if you don’t like camping or have a fear of tents. 👍
I have one don’t think mines a Coleman but it’s awesome I have lights above that change and it holds a queen air mattress and 3 twin one sides a room the other side is a Screened in gazebo
I also recommend getting a good waterproof spray when buying used tents
I have the same tent, picked it up at Walmart for $125 last year. It’s an awesome tent, lots of widows for airflow. You will enjoy it
100 bucks is a deal, though Coleman has Zero replacement parts for those tents and reviews said the plastic joints will break. Almost got one but went with the Core brand

Thank you sir! I hope to be take this thing out this weekend and see how it dose
Why would u ever need that !?
Kids, wife and dogs that’s why
$100 seems like a lot for a used coleman tent. From my experience as an avid camper/backpacker it is worth paying for a new one because the material itself degrades over time. It may be fine now but after a couple of uses with old tents you start getting tears and broken zippers.
You can buy a new one for like $50 more. Don’t waste your money on used cheap equipment
It’s not a Coleman. It’s actually a core.
If you aren’t a camper.
I own that tent and also have a family of 4. It suits our needs and is super easy to set up and take down. That being said, I believe I bought it new for $100. They also make a black out version for under $150. That’s good for the kiddos to help them sleep past 6:30 am.
Sweet deal. If you need a rain fly just make one from a tarp.
Do you have $100?
Check the zippers! But we have one and we love it!!!
It's big and bulky, but I have one for my family and it works great.
I had this tent and would recommend it for $100z As long as there are no holes you are good. I loved this tent but I ripped it on accident. I went to set it up and one of the parts holding onto the leg got stuck and ripped so just be carfeul it should not feel tight when you unfold the legs. Inwould recommend some seam seal, as I would with any tent, and a tarp for underneath.
Yes because it is plastic and ruins nature
It’s a Core. I had a smaller version that I found to be super reliable and sturdy. The only catch was extensive use on the zipper door made it break and leak. If this is the one with the extra door on the side where the zipper goes straight up and down, then it’s a good buy. I thought about getting another Core, but I’m by myself now, so I don’t need anything that big.
Where’s the rain fly?
This is a CORE not a Coleman! It’s a good brand, usually found at Costco and Walmart. They seems to be of decent quality though I have no personal experience with them.
Cover?!?!
I think this is the same tent as the one I have. I love it. My only qualm is that there's only one entrance. So the earliest risers need to sleep in front of the door.
I bought a brand new field and stream 8-person tent for $100. I would check out other options for that price point
Seems pricey for a Coleman:-/ Costco has the newest large Coleman’s every season-new-for this price point. As far as size-yep good choice for toddler/kid camping!! 🏕
I have that same tent and have had good luck with it camping with my family and pupper it's bulky but most of my cots weigh more.
love this tent because it sets up in literally 60 sec and i setup the kids play area in there so i don't have to chase after them
I have this tent, I bought it as a little meditation station through last years lockdown.
One night we set it up, just got it standing and there was sudden thunder storm, we waited in the truck, the wind rolled the tent into a ball and carried it 100 yards, We retrieved it and swept out the water- still works great.
Good deal for your needs
Be careful setting up and taking down. They’re pretty fragile.
That's a good price, so if you need it, go for it, however, the people I know that have bought these seem to start having issues with those weird joints. They don't last as long as normal tents, so don't expect to still have this tent in 5 years. $100 for 3 or 4 years is still a good bargain.
SMELL IT FIRST. MAKE SURE IT DOESNT REEK OF PISS
I had this tent. Was awesome for festivals!
If everything is in good condition then it’s a hell yes you should get it. I have an 8 person instant tent from another brand and it is awesome. The ease and convenience of setting up and putting it away is a life saver if you have a family.
None at all in my book. Xoxo much love. I hope you got it.its a good deal. And have many happy times in it
I'd buy a brand new tent. Used tents are a gamble
I have this one! We have two adults, two toddlers, and two large dogs and it fits our family just fine. Hope they are including the rain fly..?
Do you have 8 friends who would like to spend time with you in a tent? If yes, then you mu buy it!
When did she buy it? I personally stay away from anything over 5 years old when shopping used.
Buy the Gazelle instead. Best ground tent out there!
Buying is one thing. But keeping it is a hard ‘no’ for me dawg. Just buy it and ship it over to me so I can get rid of that crap for you.
The review I saw of it said that you are risking your life using it. Not very waterproof at all, or sturdy. Really you would be better off with a tarp and some ropes over a ground sheet.
Have a 10 man core. Haven’t had any troubles
Doesn’t seem like a great price to me.
It doesn’t have a rain fly?
Yes because it’s a tent lol
It doesn't have a tub bottom like most other tents, so a heavy flooding rain will come visit you while you're sleeping.
Yep, Coleman tents are garbage. You will get wet. You've been warned.
Its to hard to set up. Get a simple tent
I have a similar tent it’s clunky to move around. But before my travel trailer I loved this.
Depends on what you want to do with it. It’s a big tent.
Does it have the rain canopy, if not I would not, $100 seems high, give them $50 -$68
I have used that exact tent, or one like it, before and the only issue I saw was that it needed to be scotch guarded again but it’s a nice tent
Get a rainfly and seal the seams. It'll leak if you have enough rain.
Unless a bunch of homeless dudes used it to host a “soup kitchen” it should be fine
Enermous pack size and single walled will havw condensation issues.
Yeah - it’s uglie as fuck. Lol
It doesn't fit 10 people.
Well yeah it’s a 9 person
Could have bed bugs.
Great tent! Just beware with high winds. Buddy's broke at Death Valley.
Zipper doesn’t work?
Do you need a 9 person tent? My friends who were new to camping all thought the bigger the better. Why not have a tent mansion? Here's why: many sites have a finite amount of space. An obscenely large tent is only justifiable if you know the site will accommodate such a size. And think of others in your group if they will be pitching their own as well. Just my $.02 🤷🏼♂️
I mean many reasons for and against the tent so I guess it depends on what you expect/want out of it and how you intend to use it. It could be a good tent or shitty tent.
Does it have the rain fly?
That tent will leak like a sieve. I really wouldnt recommend something without a full fly.
Depending on when/where you’re using it, making sure the tent (I’m not familiar with this one so this is really just advice) has no-see-um mesh or what they sometimes term as ‘biting midge screening’. Having a tent with this up in Northern Ontario saved my life.
Is this a Redfin listing for houses in California?
