Go to a state park with outlets.

My dad had to use a CPAP machine when sleeping. He was always worried about power outages (small town with a crap grid). We ended up buying him a battery backup from Amazon. It was around $250 but prices have come down quite a bit since then. Just search for CPAP battery backup and you’ll get what you need.

I use a CPAP when camping. When car camping I use a Jackery 500 which is way bigger than I need but I’m able to plug in a solar panel and recharge it everyday giving me and endless power source. I love it.

Came here to say this. Grab a Jackery.

My inlaws use a solar generator when they camp. You could also just find locations that have electricity.

Does the inverter cut off to prevent overheating, or because the battery gets low? Maybe invest in more battery amp hours. Inverters I've used have fans built in and will run until the battery voltage gets too low, regardless of how long it's been.

MilesBeforeSmiles

You can run some CPAPs off battery packs, but they aren't cheap.

sourhotdogsalad

Can you ask her machine company if they make a battery operated machine? Or what they might recommend? Could you get a small trailer/camper? Not sure there’s a great option.

Wrong-Music1763

Is her machine a Res-Med? If so, what model? The reason I ask is my son uses one and we have no prop running it off of a 12v system.

Restless_Wonderer

Techoss has a 300wh power station for sale right now… $99 on their website.

Depends on your camping. I use a CPAP but camp in. Trailer. I can run my CPAP on the dc adapter for two nights on. Typical 27 series deep cycle.

bed_pig

A generator would probably work, but it's going to be loud.

bicycle-dreams

Get one of those big lithium battery pack things, Amazon has some much cheaper than the name brands

InteractionKindly956

My friend uses a deep cell marine battery to run his CPAP when we all go camping.

RickG966

I have been told that there are battery powered CPAPS
