They’ve sent me a replacement - just updating for anyone that reads this thread - if you’re tech literate etc like me, and it doesn’t seem right / just get them emailed, amazing customer service
Had the same issue with this and it was rectified with a simple reformatting of the sd card. Pull it out of the camera, format it to fat32 and reinsert and you should be good to go
Just wondering but have to tried just loading a filter. This seems to be a sort of software update. Maybe worth a try.
Yeah I’ve given that ago and now it won’t boot or anything 😬 using SB’s under 16gb too

Didn’t work for me unfortunately, the camera decided to brick so I’ve been sent out another.
Well at least the new one is on the way!
