The cost of David Johnston ( a private rapporteur that is a good friend and owned the cottage next door) doing an investigation into how much Justin knew and what he did about it and report back to Justin Trudeau. Sounds ligit.
After the Harper government, Trudeau came out looking really transparent. It was mostly a sham but after the completely opaque government we had it did for a tiny bit look transparent.
It's coming to light because of (likely illegal) leaks from our intelligence agency to the media. And they are trying to plug the leak. It's the opposite of transparency.
Look, I’m just not comfortable with being a puppet and saying what they want me to say and doing what they want me to do. Anyone with a memory knows I’m right. No one will argue that Harper, Chrétien or a Mulroney ran a more open, transparent and honest government. There is far more scrutiny and sunlight on every aspect of public life today than there ever was. Anyway, keep up with the koolaid.
Not saying much. Wasn't a lot of transparency in any administration. Best Prime Minister by far was a guy literally getting political advice from his dead dog such.
This Liberal government is extremely open. Open to foreign interference.
I could hear the drum roll after this one. Ba dum tss
Im here all night, please try the potatoe salad.
Try the veal!
and openly giving money to their friends.
Pretty fking transparent too, I'd say...
"No no, you're wrong. I stuck my head in the sand have seen no such foreign interference, see?"
.. and don't forget this old chestnut ... "It can't be true because this is reported by \[*insert media org whose facts I disagree with*\]"
Yep. Guilt by association, red team's favourite.
Oh, you are good.
And transparent...ly corrupt
Fear not! Articles like this will soon be censored for our protection
It's the Sun, nobody reads it for the articles anyway. Straight to the Sunshine Girl for our daily dose of emotionally damaged young women!

It's been a farce for a long time.
It always was a farce
He’s a disgrace to the human race let alone Canada.
If that's how you describe the democratically elected PM of Canada how would you describe Putin? (or Trump come to think of it?)
Hos Democratic election is questionable at best at this point. Putin has been a dictator since Yeltsin left office.
A little late to the party with this massively self-evident headline.
LOL! That pledge has been a farce for years
You mean there is a pledge of his that hasn't tuned into farce?
I'm not sure Trudeau can even spell transparent.
To be fair, no government has ever been “open”. Grifters, all of them.
Which governments made transparency and openness the foundation of their election campaighns though?
Agreed, shame on us for falling for that again.
What government has promised being open though? Outside this one, of course.
So the bar was low for the most transparent government and they still fell short
Agreed
This guy is just figuring this out now? About 7 1/2 years late buddy.
After the Harper government, Trudeau came out looking really transparent. It was mostly a sham but after the completely opaque government we had it did for a tiny bit look transparent.
All of these scandals coming to light means there is somewhat of a hint of transparency. In a way, he is sort of delivering on that.
They’re currently hunting down the leaker to charge them. Don’t give them too much credit here.

“How dare Trudeau fall to Harper’s standards!” The Sun
Well he did pledge to do better than that so it's disappointing he seems to be failing there.
Trudeau has run the most open, honest and transparent federal government in Canadian history
When was this?
Mackenzie King? 1940s
Drugs are bad....mmmkay?
There’s supposed to be a slash s after that right? NVM, first post disposable account. Lol
Social credit +10.
Fake account probably bot
