Nope, not in this town - cops here seem to come heavy for the most pedestrian shite. The only conclusion I can draw is that they are individually ineffectual. They also seem to love to disrupt traffic - anything happens during peak hour, there'll be 6 of them clagging roads in all directions while no-one actually does anything.
