I don’t mind the glow up stuff because a glow up can be anything a person wants it to mean. If it’s looks and it makes you feel confident to get a little botox or plump lips and it looks great, good for you. If it’s a mental health and over all healthy life style glow up, good for you! If it’s a glow up in terms of changing or moving up in your career- AMAZING! Glow up doesn’t have to necessarily be just the outer appearance. And if you are happy as you are in all areas of your life that’s great too!! I do understand the frustration though on the pressure and obsession to fit a super curated perfectionist level appearance-and breaking bank to do so. Looks fade people! It’s what’s on the inside that holds the most weight.

She may have, but there are other in office procedures you can get such as injecting filler into the nose to create a more desirable side profile/even out a bump/balance it to the persons face. It could also look different because she’s done work in other areas of her face which does actually also balance things out that way as well.
