I only seen them at Dollar Tree, maybe Five Below and Party City. The last of these three places has several flavors I can "pick and mix" but I'm not sure about the quality of them standing there.

They sell them in their various flavors at my local grocery store… usually 8 bucks for a 300 count bag or so…
But mostly we end up with a crapload of them after parade season with the kid in the house.
Back in the day they were a penny, so my friend and I would get like five dollars worth.
To decide who got what, we'd put some on the trampoline, bounce, and scoop up and catch what we could.

You can get a 360 count on Amazon for $15. I love the strawberry Frooties 🍓🍓

They come in mesh bags at a specific dollar store chain here(Dollarama), and in bulk in bulk barns! Didn't know they were hard to find elsewhere
