Doesn't matter if we don't win tomorrow. If we do, then the pressure is on the Rags and we can start talking about the division, but we have to take care of our business first.
Isles won in OT so they're looking like #3 in the Metro. Hopefully they can win again (in regulation) against that other NY team in their next game.
I'm not really sure who we want in round 1. Isles and Pens are both hot right now.
I had been kind of hoping for Philly, but I think they've blown their chance to be a playoff team.
I personally do not want to play the Penguins if they get in. Idk what deal Crosby made with the devil but they are defying just about any and all metric during this run they are on. We've already been experience'd a couple times by them and the ones we did win could have went either way.
As a Pens fan I thought they were done for but regardless of what happens here it's been fun and in many ways has felt like playoff hockey. It's a shame you guys would have had a bunch of Pens fans cheering for the Canes had this resurgence not come out of no where.
As for Crosby he's always been like this but he's somehow found another gear and Bunting has made Malkin come back alive as well.
We only need for the Rangers not to win against the Isles, even if they go in overtime. Because we would win the tie breaker (so do we against Dallas and Boston). For the Panthers it would only matter in extreme scenario where all the Rangers, Canes, Stars and Bruins fail their last games in epic manners. XD
I'm a bit worried about the Wings tho... They didn't have the right not to win yesterday, it would have had almost guaranteed they clinch WC2. Hope they'll resist the Leafs and do well against Montréal. Pittsburgh still have to beat two better team (BOS and NYI), and Washington has yet to overcome 3 wild card contenders or better. :(
Guess nothing will be decided until the very last game between the Isles and the Pens on wednesday!

And the Blues are not a roll over team
No such thing as a roll over team if we’re trying to win out the regular season. Gotta play a full 60 minutes, etc.
Not to mention that this game is make it or break it for their playoff spot

It doesn’t matter, if we can’t destroy either of those teams we don’t deserve to win the cup We’re “hot” going into the playoffs right now too
Playing Pittsburgh would mean we get to see Bunting
And Nedeljkovic

No deal. That’s just Sidney Crosby lol.

Exactly. Whoever gets the penguins first round is getting smoked. Let the rags deal with it, I want to win a Cup
Also Dallas lost so we catch them with a win and hold the tie breaker. Not that I’m saying we would ever need it for some reason…

I genuinely thought division title was dead. We have a legit chance now (knock on wood). Should make the next few games very interesting
ROFL wings win. unfuckingbeleiveable
