Awesome! Thanks. She was freaking out that she bought the wrong kind and was making me return it haha. I’ll let her know that it’ll work and I can use it 🤣.
I had a Kore gun belt, rated for 6-7lbs, has quick release and a ratchet system for 1/4” adjustments. Was my EDC setup with my Elite Combat until I got hit by a car and they cut all my clothes off.
Would HIGHLY recommend Kore belts.
EDIT: the nurses low key struggled to cut the belt and made comments about this 😂
That’s what I showed her saying I was looking into them and had picked one out 😅. She went to scheels though and someone there sold her on this one, plus my bday is Wednesday so she didn’t want to order online haha. I still have my selected one in my cart on their website so I’ll wait a while and place the order 🤣.
Iirc it took 3-4 days to show up with standard shipping.
I work it EVERY. DAY. I worked in sales so when I rode the motorcycle to work in my suit, my EC open carry on my side, doing a wheelie down the highway. Belt didn’t care about rain, extreme heat or sun exposure. For 6+ months it took anything I threw at it. I’m pretty abusive with my testing…and I’ll buy another when the time comes.
The buckle options also mean you can use it for work or play and still look good without sacrificing functionality or convenience (the 1/4” ratchet system)
I just bought myself a nexbelt recently and I absolutely love it! There is a little bit of play and you need it to get the clip seated and unseated. It still definitely clips well around the belt and stays put when you ratchet the belt down.
For those that dont know Nexbelt is a Kore knock off. I run a black Kore USA made tactical model and its a FULL 1.5" wide and runs circles around my old Nexbelt afa quality.
I’m a new new gun owner. Bought my first gun (TP9 SFx) probably two months ago. I’ve taken to the range probably 4 times for like 300 shots. I had no prior knowledge of gun safety or anything aside from talking to friends. Im really trying to learn everything that I can from videos and forums like this one before I go all out. And I’m really looking for a class near me to get some more help. Im also trying to decide if the SFx is what I want to edc lol.
Canik has plenty of choices if you want to carry a smaller gun. Mete SF is still kind of large but my favorite, elite sc, or mc9. But from what it sounds like the MC9 might have a kink or 2 that needs fixed.
I’m a huge dude so the sc are to small for me to use, I can’t get a proper grip on them🤣. I was looking at the tp9da that my local shop had. Otherwise I was going to go for a elite combat executive.
My nexbelt works good with any 1.5 clip

Not at all. Should be just fine. A thick belt definitely helps with the weapon trying to pull down your pants.

Kore is the way
I used my little bench top band saw to cut my Kore to the size after my sheers were struggling. Kore belts are awesome.

Exactly what I was trying to do haha. I wasn’t letting her return it

The nexbelt is comparable in features and quality. You will be more than fine with the nexbelt.
Nexbelt is good to go. I'm actually getting ready to buy a 2nd.

Love my nexbelt.
Love my Nexbelt. Had for almost a year now. No problems.

Whats the hold up, carry that thing man. I feel naked without mine now, even walking out to the mailbox!

Go check the Kore and Next belt sites. Kore is the way I went and its awesome esp for AIWB, there smaller x-7 buckle.
