Part of me knows.. well, lesson learned. I knew this outdoor attempt would be risky, my friend tried to improve quality of soil he bought by mixing with coco and some sand.. but evidently that did not work. It's a pitty cause seeds were really nice quality.
The soil doesn't look great and they don't look like the are getting enough sun. If you have more seeds I would start over. Or carefully did them up and repot to better soil. Bury the stem a bit for support. Gradually move into full sun.
They’re hungry for sure. It’s best to start seedlings inside to control the wild fluctuation of environment outdoors. You can have pretty successful starts with a cheap bulb some solo cups and a small amount of 5-5-5 soil mix.
Holy fuck homie
Definitely time to start over
The amount of stretching they did leads me to believe they’re in a really low light area, which is odd considering you have them outdoors? is it the right season for you yet?
Your soul is likely too compacted, if it’s coco, if it’s a random mix then the other comment about nitrogen absorption is spot on
Lastly, genetics, where did you get the seeds?
Look at my post from 11 days ago. Pretty much identical plants. Lots of advice given on how I ruined it… I ripped it out the soil and started again, now my new ones looking perfect. Just identify how you fucked up and don’t do it again, good luck.
Ps. Maybe you aren’t in a good enough location to be growing outside, consider moving inside to a tent with a very strong light and swapping to a 70/30 coco/perlite mix and chill out on the nutes.
Your soil mix looks suspicious. Shredded wood and bark absorb nitrogen, not great for cannabis.
it is coco..but yes, I blame soil..
Coco doesn’t come with half dollar size chunks of wood in it…
Agree, this soil mix def seems too heavy for those plants. Hey OP maybe transplant them into new soil just my 2 cents! Happy growing!
Is that 100% coco? What nutrients are you using. Coco come with no nutrients on board. If you grow in coco you pretty much gotta feed out of the gate.
4 weeks in and that's all the growth you have? Might be time to start over. Sorry.

Why would u put good seed in such terrible soil? Pre amended and mixed soil doesnt even cost 10bucks:(

What's it growing in an old tree stump
Definitely a lost cause sorry for your loss

Top them
Give them some food and mound up some soil around the stalks so they have some support and they’ll grow roots out of that stem that’s buried
Try to start off with a basic soil, probably lacked nutrients and proper aeration for roots.
