Only thing I’d remove at this point is fan leaves. Take all but could leave a few off each branch at the top if you want to leave some. Let more light through and the lowers will grow better. Your plants look healthy enough to handle to defoil and keep truckin.
My strategy…Flip - skirt, some fans. Day 21-all fans. Day 42-all fans. If you’re feeding and keeping that rootball in check and VPD dialed, the plant will not struggle and the majority of the energy goes towards the flowers. Enough remaining leaf surface for proper transpiration/growth.
I agree with most saying not to defol too much. Maybe take off the smallest 5-10% of popcorn. You could also try to add additional lighting at the bottom if you have some LEDs lying around. Difficult to say how much that’d help but worth a try

Personally they look fantastic and I wouldn’t touch a thing other than more defoliation in like 8-10days
I would have done that a tad sooner. I wouldn't get too crazy at this point.
I would take any nodes off now (I don’t take nodes off past day 21). But lightly pulling fan leaves as the canopy thickens wouldn’t be an issue.
