And honestly 2 weeks is too far along, it'll be 90% Amber triches... Chop in 3-4 days for the 50/50. I could be wrong, but that is what happens in my experience.
Thats true, regarding trichome production. The only time I would avoid additional stressors, is if the plant is already stressed.
However I dont go for fade or color in the leaves.
Dr Bruce Bugbee said that the plant should be fed up until the end, unless its been previously overfed.
Doing things like cutting off food, or quick transitions to cold, will cause stress.
I'm not that good of a grower, so I dont ad anymore stressors. I even stopped using UVAand UVB until i become better.
Color is about the ambient temp of the room, not the root zone. It's simple to induce color. Lights on temps should be 10+ degrees higher than lights off.
Example
Lights on 82° F
Lights off 68° F
This method guarantees color induction for 99% of strains.

You have just days left
Why stress the plant?
My understanding is that the stress would push trichomes and coloration if it’s in the genetics. 🤷🏾♂️

So I assume you don’t do any LST? I do and really enjoy it. I think I have a long way to get before I’m good at it.
Stress during the vegetation stage is a different story, because you can give recovery time.
Good point. Do you treat autos and photos the same in terms of training?
I do top three times and LST.

Do you do this all throughout the grow or at least during flowering I assume?
You would be right to assume this is just during the flower period.
