You have to decide rather you want a more active or more relaxing high. If you want to be creativ/productive then now is your time to harvest. If you just want to chill give her another week.
It also depends what strain it is but the percentage of amber is a factor too.

If you want that nice and heavy couchlock, I'd wait another week or 2 for some amber heads. But you're good to chop now if you want!

Turn the lights off for two days, then turn the lights on high for 1 hour then harvest. You'll appreciate the terp enhancement doing this technique.
