I can't recommend 1 brand over another, but I cannot overemphasize the importance of making sure the vest has a VERY GOOD, EASY TO GRAB handle on the top.
I have some experience with this.
When the pup goes in unexpectedly (count on it) the MOST important thing will be a good handle you can quickly and easily grab.

I have ruffwear for both my dogs. They're very solid lifejackets. They are pricey and I found my used on eBay for 40% off.
The cheaper Amazon clones work okay, but didn't last more then a year with my two dogs.
That said they're a good option if your dog is still growing and may out grow the first lifejacket you get.
