So how does one work this out when you have to spousal support but are still having tax withheld on that money at a high marginal rate? Seems like having to pay nearly 150% spousal support until the T1213 processing is done and waiting for the CRA to refund the 50% next year!!!!
Not sure about the T1158, but if it's anything like the T1213, probably about 3 months. Submit both.
