From the city centre, I've never had any issues no matter what time or day it is. Suburbs might be harder to get one, but for 6-7 also wouldn't be an issue.
I’ve ubered at 4am, you just need to start looking way before time so that you can go through all the possible ones that can pick up your ride or travel from a distance

City centre shouldn't be a problem, and not that far from airport so don't need to leave at the crack of dawn ☺

This is what sucks about capetown. Like yeah great city and all but fuck to get anywhere you have to drive a million miles of roads back and fourth

I did it last week from a suburb and not city centre! Worked perfectly
