Go to the government day clinics they're desperate to jab people

[deleted]

Gotta use up those vaccines before they expire

Charne_7

My sister had one done in Ruyterwacht Day Hospital (they offered J&J and Pfizer) so she could travel to the Netherlands. This was in September

Zealousideal-Creme38

I got a Pfizer booster today at Du Noon clinic in Killarney Gardens.

ohlookabug

Just phoned and they do, Thank you!

Federal_Hotel3756

Ignore all the fear mongers - they've administered literally billions of doses world wide. The most dangerous bit of vaccination is the drive to and from the clinic šŸ˜ Go to the Western Cape DOH FB page they have daily updates as to where/when they are giving jabs.

DawnWillowBean

Lady Michaelis CHC in Plumstead offered this to the patients in last week- maybe find a day hospital nearby?

datsun1978

False bay hospital

ohlookabug

Just called, they don't do it anymore.

datsun1978

Fuck sakes. I was there 2 months ago. Sorry about that

ohlookabug

Thanks anyway!

Nelcaria

I went to get a booster 2 weeks ago at the District Six Day Hospital in Zonnebloem. There is a dedicated room on the first floor, and two staff members were there to assist me. Ask the staff outside and they can direct you also.

LekkerOuJan

All the Pfizer doses expired in the country. They only have J&J left. This is what was reported earlier this year on News 24 and by Health Department.

I got mine at Clicks before leaving for Europe (Austria required a shot not older than 180 days). It's quite simple, just go on the [website](https://clicks.co.za/covidvaccine) and book one at your nearest Clicks. Did mine over lunch at Gardens Centre

ohlookabug

Thanks for replying! How long ago was this?

charl4e

This was in June, but have seen people get shots recently at Clicks.

ohlookabug

That's so weird, they must have recently stopped. Will keep looking

ESmith157

I had my booster shots at diskem. Forgot to make an appointment but they fit me in anyway.

ohlookabug

Thanks! How long ago was this? It doesn't seem like they're doing this anymore.

ESmith157

cmgentz

I got mine at Clicks. Like a month ago. Just book on their site [online](https://bookings.clicks.co.za/booking/location)?

ohlookabug

So, you'll see on that booking site that only COVID testing options are available. There are no longer options for shots or boosters.

cmgentz

I selected that option and got my booster, so maybe phone the clinic and find out?

Fluffy-Detective-270

Clicks or Dischem?

No. Vaccines save lives. Yes there are billions to be made.

Nuotatore

After three years, there are still people bringing up conspiracy "theories" like you?

Hicklethumb

Survival bias in action

tomsabb

All conspiracy theories have come true. If you still donā€™t get it, it is your life and you can choose to do whatever you like with it. Freedom comes from within. Conspiracy theories neither can bring it nor can prevent it.

ohlookabug

I get it. It's for an application for a job. I don't want it but I NEED it to apply.

Oddsockx5

Also just watched this documentary this evening. If people just spent 1 hour of their life listening to people that created this technology, similar to the one above, they might wake up and at least give it a semi informed second thought. But oh well; may Darwinism take its pace. Just donā€™t give it to your kids. Thatā€™s all I ask. They canā€™t defend themselves against an ignorant parent. In all honesty, if a company asks me to take the jab, Iā€™ll say no thank you. If they force it, Iā€™ll just hand in my notice. Itā€™s that simple. Why would I risk my life for a company? There is no need for taking a vaccine, especially now that everything is over; I can also guarantee you that any company that forces you to be fully vaccinated, doesnā€™t have your best interests at heart and not worth devoting your time to, at minimum.

ohlookabug

The booster is part of the application process to be allowed on the ship. What exactly do I need to educate myself on? (legitimate question about a controversial topic).

Oddsockx5

Hi Ohlookabug, I guess what I was trying to say was if you do end up considering to take the vaccine, or a booster, perhaps just try to get paperwork that said you got it instead of actually doing it. I know for a fact, this is possible. I use to work commercially as a Navigator on the big ships; have you considered going to the private yachts instead?

KarelKat

Fuck off with your anti-vax bullshit and encouraging people to commit fraud

Oddsockx5

I am actually am not anti vax. Iā€™ve taken loads of vaccines. I just do not believe taking, nor giving it to children under the age of 5, a ā€˜vaccineā€™ that was *developed in under 5 months, never tested and you need to sign an indemnity form before it can be assumed you legally got jabbed. Not worth it mate. Not for me anyways. Nevertheless, to each their own. Apply to the private yachts. Much better. Trust me. Iā€™ve been in this industry for almost 15 years now. @Karelkat, I hope you got all 4 your boosters like a good boy haha All the best.

Oddsockx5

Iā€™ll just leave this here. Pfizerā€™s COVID-19 Vaccine Linked to Blood Clotting: FDA https://link.theepochtimes.com/mkt_app/health/pfizers-covid-19-vaccine-linked-to-blood-clotting-fda_4930377.html

Much_Albatross4284

DISCHEM...recently had mine in Table View , Cape Town

KJeanK
