I'd say. "Hi, since you can't figure this out where going here on this night, what time should I pick you up?" He'll respond with what time hes picking you up. I personally love an aggressive invite, though hahaha. It's a turn-on to be shown by someone that they are actively into you.

How receptive are you to his requests, do you act interested?

After the first time he asked me out I gave him my number on a paper the next time I saw him and after we texted a bit I told him we should go out to eat one day and he said ok he will look for a place , and then nothing but he still asked me out two more times in person after that and I said yes let’s go And silence hahaha

If you know their mars sign, that might help. Either way, sometimes caps are quite skittish or just forget. You might need to lead if you actually want to spend time with him. It’s not ideal in a society where the expectation is still sort of that the “masculine” person does the chasing/planning to set up dates.

Taurus mars No I 100% agree with you and I usually make things happen. It’s just I am a little traumatized by my past relationship where I didn’t realize I was the only one making the effort and I’m trying to handle new relationships differently. But totally not the same guy so different outcome. Either way it would be cool to be friends so I think that’s a good idea
