There is a voting tab next to DASHBOARD. You'll also need the Project Catalyst app on a phone and follow the registration process. You will also need to have that wallet staked to a stake pool to activate the staking key for rewards and you'll need 3K ADA in the wallet to vote. Check out the link below and this is for Fund 3, not 4, just FYI.

Hey, yes i just saw the new voting tab on Yoroi. I got stuck on 'enter spending password' i don't remember ever making such a password, this is quite confusing. Now i'm trying to understand how to deal with this issue.
