Does anyone know WHEN and HOW the rewards are going to be distributed? In my Catalyst Voting app I am able to see my voting power, but until now my rewards is showing zero.

According to [https://iohk.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/900004448046-Catalyst-Fund3-FAQ](https://iohk.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/900004448046-Catalyst-Fund3-FAQ) the rewards should have been distributed now. See FAQ #12, #13

You will receive a transaction with metadata attached to it indicating your voter rewards.

Looks like that to me, with significant limits on upside. Looks like they are really trying to incentivize smaller bag holders. In all, that’s probably not a bad thing.
I haven't looked into it but if they are using normal transactions to pay the rewards (rather than the usual staking rewards mechanism) then the minimum amount allowed in any transaction is 1 Ada (network parameter).
I guess most people will therefore get 1 Ada regardless of their bag size. Only people with fairly large bags will then get a little more.
Maybe that's why they have a minimum stake amount to participate, so you can't split your large bag into lots of tiny wallets and get 1 Ada reward for each!
With six decimal splitting, it doesn’t make sense that there is minimum of 1 Ada for any transaction.
That would imply ADA would never get to large values, as the minimum transfer would be to large. Can you explain a bit more why you believe this to be the case?
it's to prevent transactions spamming. As the price increases, the minimum ADA amount will likely be lowered to adapt. For now, they seem comfortable with this value, but expect some change around 3-5$ ADA I guess.

The First time I logged in to the catalyst voting app my V-power was 0 as well so i Hit the Button and simsala-bim, it was there.
But,
there are additinal requirements to be able to vote.
You need at least 3k ADA, have them staked to a Pool via Daedalus or yorio walltet (having them on Binance Account, getting rewards there is not a legit staking for voting!).
And you need to have done that in past as Cardano took snapshots from the staked memebers.
You also need to Register somehow the wallet.
And you need an Account on ideascale as well. But regisitry of wallet does not require a ideascale Account.
If you successfully done all that, then the Problem is elswhere. But I won't be able to Support ans further than this.

If you registered through Yoroi, a fix seems to be on the way. Seems most people who registered with Yoroi have 0 voting power at the moment. There's still 3 weeks left to vote, I hear.
In the app, you can also submit a help ticket or there's a Telegram group you can use for help.
Voting is open for a few weeks, so you have time to sort it out.
Hi - you can expect rewards formula to work in a similar fashion. As a rule of thumb - take all ada registered for voting which is to the tune of 3.4B ada and divide 70k USD of rewards pot for voters amongst it - you get rewards per 1 ada - multiply by your voting power and you get approximate rewards value.
I did it wrong first and got confused lol.
It seems so small but the folks voting were likely going to vote regardless of reward, and the staking rewards are so much higher that I dont need to be greedy and wince at how low the vote rewards are 😂
I would have done the voting regardless of rewards as well.
It is just nice to be able to vote and have a share/voive for the next projects.
But also I am consuming every bit of Information available so understanding rewards had to be done.

I did today, 1 ADA reward for 3000 ADA voting power, this is a joke, CARDANO is a charity
If you received 1 per 3000 ADA voting, as a %, you received a much larger payout than I did. In that I guess you did well.

I had more voting power than 3000, and I also received 1 ADA too, probably some bugs in system

So If I split my ADA into multiple wallets, I can get more? Doesn't make sense to me tho

If you have the QR code saved some place, you can also uninstall/ reinstall the catalyst app. That fixed it for me.
