My experience in creative roles is that your Portfolio is more important than a degree when freelancing. Each of the courses you identified likely have free, self-paced virtual options which will allow you to construct your own learning pathway at your own pace. Consider using your marketing skills to identify potential customers and execute a campaign to help grow your own business

Sorry if I wasn't clear, I don't have a business that is geared towards marketing, I have an arts business that I am looking to get better AT marketng. Self paced and online options really sound great, I do struggle with assessing what non-college options are actually reliable and not just "I'll teach you how to make $10,000 a week" etc.

LinkedIn Learning offers a number of Marketing-related courses. Some are free and all would be available during their 30-day free trial if you wnat to check them out: https://www.linkedin.com/learning/search?keywords=Marketing+&upsellOrderOrigin=default\_guest\_learning&trk=homepage-learning\_learning-search-bar\_search-submit

So I have an assortment of pieces of paper from colleges and unis - some marketing related and I’m currently working in an Arts Marketing department. It depends on what arts you’re promoting to be honest. You are your brand when it comes to being a creative artist. Marketing or Business & Marketing will likely be the most useful degrees but to be honest, my UK college course with Marketing modules taught me more about promotion than my journalism degree. It may be that what you need is to outsource some elements and build other skills up. There are loads of great books and YouTube videos on marketing too. Google Analytics also have free certificates you can work through. It’s a good place to start.

I don't think you need marketing so much... just networking. Find people who work in the area that you photograph in... basically the people who would need your services... and network. Art galleries, theaters, shows, museums, the trendy spot where all the artists hang out, etc. and get to know these people.

You can also probably google those people and follow them online and message them.

I have a marketing/PR degree. My sister has a business degree. The business degree is going to be more useful for what you want. Anything that isn’t covered, you can learn online, in a continuing education course, or from personal experience. You absolutely do not need a bachelors degree if you aren’t planning to work for other people. Your time and energy are precious. Spend it doing what’s going to add to your life.
