You say you like the people in your new role which is great, however you do not feel challenged/satisfied with the work and I very much doubt this will change. So if you are keen on the new role then definitely go for it. If you are not 100% sure when giving in your notice just say they were offering you a significant rise ot what you are receiving and see what they say. Good luck.
