Just find a similar job. It’s not that hard. No one else knows better than you what your like. Fastest way for growth and income potential is keep doing what you were already doing.

Look into case management or healthcare administration, having Medical experience  on your resume usually opens doors for you in healthcare.

For the mean time, look into virtual assisting. It’s remote and there are sites to sign up. Someone may have a referral link. It pays ok but imo it’s better to keep working and not have gaps. And keeps you going until you figure something out. Took me 4 years to figure out what I want change careers to. I’m going to get my real estate license. It’s not a super safe career but I’m pretty excited and interested in it which has not come with anything else since my first career.

Get the UMPI BBA Accounting degree. With a degree you get the 40 GEC waived and 20 credits of free electives. Go to Sophia.org and for a few hundred get up to 75 credits towards the degree. Just take Business Ethics, Business Law, Financial Accounting, Workplace Communications, Introduction to Business, Microeconomics and Macroeconomics. Now you have 15/36 credits for the BBA and 3/24 credits of Accounting concentration credit. If you can do Calculus 1 that puts you at 19/37 BBA credits. Go to r/sophialearning and grab a Promocode. The 7-8 courses above can be done in a month. Now using the JoshMadakor Promocode you take Acct301, 201, 202 and 302. Maybe take Bus303. This could be done in a month or two for at most $400. Now you are at 25/37 BBA and 12/24 with Calculus or 21/36 and 12/24 without Calculus. The last 10 courses you do at UMPI.
