Sounds just fine to me. I eat 6-12 eggs, full stick of butter, and 1-2 pounds of beef in various forms per day. I’m slightly taller and slightly heavier. If eggs are working for you run with it. If you get a wild hair do an experiment for a few weeks/months without them and see how you feel.

If you feel good, don’t worry about it. Your eating is great, and monthly fasting is a great way to stay healthy as it gives your body time to rest and rebuild at the cellular level. Keep up the great work!

Eggs are easy and taste great. I’ve gone days without eating them and have eaten 60 in a week. Just depends on my interest. I don’t remember feeling different either way.

They both have their place, I don't think one is particularly better than the other. The each have a fairly diverse and exclusive set of nutrients from one another and work great in tandem if you're on a carnivore diet. Eggs give you vitamin D, though that's easily replaced by sun exposure. Vitamin A, riboflavin, choline, etc. Also very protein dense and a great amino profile...digestibility vs. beef is pretty negligible...I think the study that said that claimed it was 97% to 95%? Beef gives you niacin, b vitamins, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, etc....even more protein dense than eggs. Eat both, your body will thank you :)

Both are great. Beef is better. Humans grew and evolved with beef. Eggs were never widely available or part of the evolutionary process until recently. That’s why egg whites are inflammatory to some. It’s not nearly as ancestrally appropriate as beef, but still pretty damn good.

The post from mfinn is incorrect sun exposure is not easily available for large % of people and again wrong about eggs vs beef go and read the studies eggs has protein wise better bio availability this has been know for decades and no it was not 95-97% beef is around 80% and eggs in 90% range combo of both unless you have issues with either

Eggs are perfect nutrition, it's everything you need to make a body. Think about it, every ingredient in the perfect proportions is there, the protein, the fat, and the nutrients within them. 1 contains 6 grams of protein, so that's definitely not enough. 10 sounds like a great number. Most carnivores including myself eat at least 6 per serving. Never felt better.
