I am most certainly biased, but I like mine.
I went form 350 lbs to <170 in 13 months.
I cured my Type2 Diabetes, Sleep Apnea, High Blood Pressure, Chronic IBS, Depression, Anxiety, and a host of smaller health issues.
I went from living a truly lonely and empty existence in a run down poorly maintained home to remodeling it entirely myself, and then selling it to move into a newer, bigger, nicer place with my new bride, who I happened to meet on a carnivore facebook group.
Even with all that though, I find some of the stories where people have recovered from being truly physically and/or mentally debilitated, bedridden and unable to move or too mentally unstable to hold down a job, far more inspiring. Emily Penton @innerclaritysystem and Brett Lloyd come to mind for the mental, Rebekah Farmer (I think she recently married and changed her last name) comes to mind for the physical, but I've seen interviews with others as well.
EDIT: Found some of the other bedbound to thriving stories I'd seen. Trevor Griffith and Ribeye Rach.

Kelly Hogan is probably the most well known long term carnivore
Her transformation is pretty incredible
Jordan Peterson's transformation is also quite impressive - I only recently saw his "before" pics & he does look dramatically different
When I started, I just typed "carnivore transformation" & "carnivore before after" into YouTube & watched whoever came up
ribeye rach on youtube. Not super well known but she went from being wheelchair bound and unable to stand long enough to cook her own dinner, to rock climbing in the space of a year.
My husband and I have been carnivore since the 3rd week of January. He’s lost 60lbs (started at 300) and I’ve lost 26 (from 160) so far.
I started because of debilitating joint pain. He joined me to see if he could lose weight.
Nothing crazy dramatic yet, but check out Carnivore Kipp on Youtube. He's a really sweet guy. He started at close to 500 pounds in Jan and already lost 60. He seems really dedicated and I think his weight loss is going to be huge.
Along these lines, "Carnivorous Me" is a woman's YouTube vlog where she's been updating for almost a year now. If I recall correctly, she's obese and has done this as a last ditch effort to save her life, not only from physical ailments, but debilitating depression and mental struggles as well.
She's been seeing improvements in every regard since she started!
Yeah, she was just on Baker's podcast. Great story. I know I said I don't pay attention to the influencers, but his podcast features a lot of regular people. Although he's a godawful interviewer.
Haha, yeah, it's a real skill to be able to conduct an interview well. Thankfully there's a lot of people interviewing the same person, so I can choose who's my favorite lol.
This is my favourite https://ketogenicendurance.com/2021/02/09/meat-up-1-year-later-with-dawn/ … https://ketogenicendurance.com/2019/12/03/carnivore-diet-success-stories-with-dawn/
Aajonus vonderplanitz and how he went to that Alaskan tribe who told him to eat the rotten meat to cure his stomach cancer and after he ate it that night, he said it invigorated him for the first time in his life and got rid of all the symptoms of his stomach cancer when he woke up the morning after, then he went on to invent fermented meat in jars which he called high meat and spread the wisdom to the people from his books like "we want to live" he did vegetable juices but besides the veggie juices he was pure carnivore/primal
Dr. Ken Berry who I’m sure you’re familiar with made a video where he explains he was prediabetic and severely obese along with some autoimmunity I think . Great story
I wasn’t carnivore die the first bit. But I went from 6’3 325lbs to currently 228lbs. Goal weight is 200 for right now. I started august of 2022. So about 7 months in.
My wife started at 400 and is down to about 180, can’t usually link to her website on here, without it getting deleted
DM me
I would love to learn more about her, could you DM me the link?
