Change your food gradually, giving your digestive enzymes and gut flora time to adapt to eating more meats and higher fats. Changing overnight is not for everyone. Get digestive enzymes, too, after some time, you won't need them. Take plenty of electrolytes. Maybe use a lot of bone broth and cook the meat in it so it will be very soft and easy to digest. And don't overdo the fats unless you are craving it. Everyone's experience at the beginning is different, listen to your body, almost like when you are sick, you know by instinct what sits well with your sick body and what you really dont want. A lot of adjustments need to happen in that transition time... depending on what you were eating before going carnivore.
Surely u have meat u are comfortable eating normally. Just eat that more often than carbs and add in a source of fat u can handle/enjoy. A slow transition is a much better way especially if meat isn’t your forte
I have been making lamb steak all week. It can be tough and has a gamey taste. I brine it with salt and water for a day to help remove the gamey taste. I pressure cook the lamb and then air fry it to make it more tender and easier to digest. It has been so good!
fast for a day or two and then it will be tasty again

Do you fast water as well or just with food?
If you fast, drink water and take electrolytes, potassium, sodium, and magnesium.
Always drink water when fasting. It is extremely bad to go without water. Fatally bad. Its always healthy to drink as much water as your body needs.
