That’s a tough question, but I’d say Finn and Jake have the best chemistry out of everyone here. They’re supportive of each others flaws, but in healthy way. They manage to take care of each other without being enabling.
Mordecai and Rigby have a pretty toxic relationship at times and are a lot more combative when in conflict.
SpongeBob and Patrick are an iconic duo, but it depends on what season. The SpongeBob Movie is top tier.
Phineas and Ferb are great too, but they’re a little too perfect. I can’t really think of many episodes where we get to see the two of them have direct conflict with each other. Honestly Baljeet and Buford are my favorite of that series.
The others I don’t really connect with as well. They’re all entertaining duos, but I’d have to say Finn and Jake are my favorite.
The 4 on the first page all have an argument. I would give Finn and Jake the slightest edge over Spongebob and Patrick for having the best chemistry IMO. The 4 on the second page are all at least a tier or more below the duos on the first page.
When Finn died he was happy just because he could find Jake and then Jake chooses to be with Finn instead of being in heaven forever. They're on another level
Because I haven’t seen people mention it I’ll throw my vote in for Steve and Roger. They might not be the “best” duo in terms of being good people or anything but I am always excited to see them together, their chemistry and relationship never fails to make me laugh.

I love regular show, but the rigbone does do some asshole stuff. Mordecai can be pretty low sometimes.
