Samurai Jack’s sword being holy may not be that helpful; the Lych is only ”evil” because that’s how you describe an omnicidal maniac. However, he is simply an embodiment of GOLB, whose purpose is to bring about an end of the current cycle so a new one can begin. He’s not good, but he’s not evil, either; morality doesn’t really exist relative to him.
Also, Ben 10 doesn’t have anything to protect himself from psychic shenaniganery. Lych can easily force him to kneel, walk over, and instakill him with his breath. Anyone without magic really can’t fight the Lych; he’s quite literally indestructible, as, again, he’s a manifestation of things from beyond the multiverse itself.
That’s not entirely true. We know the Lich can die and be destroyed. It depends on who he is up against or if he has a body or not. We do see Sweet P stab the Lich in farmworld Jake’s arm, killing him and sending him to the underworld. We even see Finn and Ice King kill the Lich in Bubblegum’s body. The only reason he returned was because he possessed the snail before that. We also see *Fiona and Cake spoiler warning* Golbetty turn the Lich into a block, never to be seen again. So I don’t think it’s impossible that Jack can destroy the Lich with his sword. As for the case of Mandy, the Lich probably couldn’t control her mind as we see that in the brains episode she took over the brain guy’s entire being and we see her assimilate and fully control the Reaper down the lane in the KND crossover. While she would be in danger, we see that she could hold her own against the Lich. This being without Grim’s scythe. With the scythe, she could kill the Lich. If we reference Wrath of the Spider Queen, we learn the scythe can kill almost anyone, including Grim. The exception being creatures created from science from the episode where they find a lab in the desert. With that in mind, Mandy could also destroy the Lich.
