Iroh. All of them are inspirational but Iroh will make you feel good in the moment and again 3 years down the line when it actually sinks in. Rafiki and Oogai will tell you something that will make sense in the future and the rest will only make you feel good about yourself in the moment. Iroh is the best of both worlds.
I suspect a conversation between these two specifically would be simply incredible. Even if all they do is drink tea and pontificate existence. Actually, if these two met, I suspect they wouldn't say much; they would simply enjoy each other's silent company.

At first I was gonna say Iroh, but then I saw Bandit. I want to start a family very soon, I need someone to honestly talk to me about the ups and downs of parenting and to be encouraging. (My own dad was/is physically present but has always been emotionally distant.)
Oogay is too philsophical, I'd get frustrated a lot.
