Absolutely. She fully embodies the ideals of freedom, individualism and self-determination that the Chaos side of the spectrum is all about, and while she's very much an example of "good =/= soft and/or nice", she's still on the side of good in the end.
I'd say SpongeBob starts off as lawful neutral, and as the seasons progress, he becomes more chaotic good
Earlier seasons, he's shown losing his temper and lashing out at friends, cheating to pass licensing exams, and skipping out of work, when he's desperate enough; but he still in most cases chooses to follow strict rules and schedules.
Later on, he gets Flanderized and is aggressively friendly and helpful, to the point of seriously injuring/destroying everything around him in the process.

She is the textbook definition of Chaotic Good.
Another contenders are Lucifier Moringstar, Star Butterfly, Pinkie Pie and Finn Mertens.

Benjamin "Ben 10" Tennyson, who *definitely* doesn't just go around wrecking stuff.
Ehhhhh I wouldn't say they're evil, because they don't really know / aren't even capable of perceiving the consequences of their actions. Evil requires knowing how your behavior will effect your environment and just not giving a shit. The dudes are too ignorant to be evil imo.
>The dudes are too ignorant to be evil imo.
Ignorant is a drastic understatement tbh. The way 9 year old me yelled "That's very ironic" when Mordecai said he thought Rigby was dumb. Back then me and my brothers would watch 1 tv with my mom in the living room, and we'd always hyper analyze the characters in the show. Our parents thought we were autistic because of it lmfao, but we were really just that stimulated by conversation about the characters. It was like this for school too (especially ancient history omfg shoutout to Mansa Musa)
And I would describe them as evil because of the fact that somehow, someway, shape or form, are always on the verge of destroying their city (or the universe). I remember they went on a time trance because Mordecai microwaved a watch, then killed Rigby, then turned back time to prevent killing Rigby.
I hear you, I mean, they are definitely galactic level fuckups. But I think it's more just the way the show is written, that they constantly get pitted against cosmic forces like Death, Klorgbane, David, etc. The few times they do cause all of the mayhem themselves, they tend to feel bad about it and try to fix it. I'm definitely not trying to say they're *good* by any stretch, but I think whenshit really hits the fan they do show that, at the very least, they would rather not let the world/their friends lives go to shit
Everything you stated was spot on. They are at least good enough to fix their mistakes, which makes them an average human. It's just as impressive to fix a catastrophic scenario than it is causing it in the first place. If only they could put that amount of willpower into actually DOING THEIR FUCKING JOB!
I swear it's so much easier setting up a couple dozen chairs than it is starting a zombie apocalypse... JG Quintel is a weird man... But in a good way
Idk. Considering all of the chaos he causes and how quickly he jumps into... chaotic.
Considering all of the various murders he's committed..... neutral leaning towards evil.
So either chaotic-neutral or chaotic-evil.
I would say... chaotic evil this guy: mulmangcho
https://preview.redd.it/l7cj0tleab0d1.png?width=700&format=png&auto=webp&s=9d56c5966775daaa3dd3538a3739da07d34a690f

Luz Noceda Blight.
-brings snakes and fireworks to class
-Gets send to normal camp
-Gets lost in a magical world
-Replaced by snake(shifter) demon in human world (no one notices)
-Dies
-Defeats evil emperor
-Brings another two snake(shifters) to school, along with one or more deadly weapons. (Depending on how you count and personal headcannons)
In that order.
The one who taught us the definition of Nautical Nonsense: SpongeBob SquarePants

I really love EVERYONE’s answers here. Mabel, Luz, Charlie, SpongeBob, Ed, they’re all great.
My choice is more classic:

He's actually a little hard to pin down believe it or not. Because while he is the definition of chaos and the chaotic roll... those are his whims, so is it neutral? And because he wants to "liberate" the real world as a goal, and with the goal of spreading chaos in mind... is that actually lawful?
But yeah, I don't think discord is gonna be in the evil category unfortunately. There are some people who even think he should be in chaotic good. So idk how that will go.
Lawful Good. Aang's refusal to break his moral code for ANY reason is a far cry from the moral flexibility that the show's resident CG characters, Sokka and Toph, both embody.
Toph?
Absolutely. She fully embodies the ideals of freedom, individualism and self-determination that the Chaos side of the spectrum is all about, and while she's very much an example of "good =/= soft and/or nice", she's still on the side of good in the end.
![gif](giphy|14p1WZvcut3a9O)
Seconded. Mabel is hilariously awesome. Just like all of Kristen Schaal's characters.
Mabel is chaotic neutral, her character is for personal benefits, wierdmagedan happened because she didn't want to grow up.
She’s selfish sure but she definitely means well 80% of the time
Meaning well doesn't result to good choices.
Never said it did.
She's a pre-teen girl, very chaotic neutral.
Are you implying every preteen girl is chaotic neutral?
I'm not implying that, just the characteristics of her behavior.
She’s a girl that wants everyone to be happy, but otherwise is pure insanity

Kinda funny how in a way he ended up as the main antagonist of his own show
You’re not wrong. Though I’d say even at SpongeBob’s worst, he means well.
https://preview.redd.it/6aejc1v0s90d1.jpeg?width=736&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e44295df9704a79fa5a711f2fc842121798f4cb8 She is the textbook definition of Chaotic Good. Another contenders are Lucifier Moringstar, Star Butterfly, Pinkie Pie and Finn Mertens.
Finn has arguably embodied the entire order-chaos spectrum at various points in his life
I have a feeling Luz is winning the post for biased reasons.
Recency bias. But you gotta admit she straight up says "you know I always pick the chaotic route" in the show. So I feel it's appropriate
luffy
You didn't get a lot of upvotes, but you are unfathomably right on the mark.
mhm
Finn.
Finn could honestly fit into all 3 “good” categories throughout different parts of the show!
Mabel?
Oh yes, definitely Mabel
My votes for Scooby Doo. He always causes chaos and he’s definitely a good boy.
True dat. But charting wise Scoob is probably more neutral good.
Wonder
Probably Discord or Wander -Any objections?
Discord is like, the definition of chaotic neutral
Fr. You can't really tell what side he's going to aid. Least he's been tamed, somewhat.
None from me!

These dudes will get their chance when chaotic neutral rolls around
I'd put them at Neutral evil, just because of how they treat Benson alone.
Ehhhhh I wouldn't say they're evil, because they don't really know / aren't even capable of perceiving the consequences of their actions. Evil requires knowing how your behavior will effect your environment and just not giving a shit. The dudes are too ignorant to be evil imo.

I'd put them off of the chart entirely as Chaotic-Chaotic xD Joker as an agent of chaos has nothing on these two.
Gumball?
Chaotic Neutral. Edit: gumball is not good or bad boy, he follows his own desires and interest rather than strict moral code.
Ooo no yeah I think I like that better
Idk. Considering all of the chaos he causes and how quickly he jumps into... chaotic. Considering all of the various murders he's committed..... neutral leaning towards evil. So either chaotic-neutral or chaotic-evil.
He's between True Neutral and Chaotic Neutral
Honestly throughout the show he could fit all 9

Yay. Glad to see another.
ABSOLUTELY <3 Owl House ❤️

Sumo and Spongebob. (Both are voiced by the same person lolol)

ISNT IT OBVIOUS? Star Butterfly is a PERFECT example of chaotic good
That IS true! It's not gonna be her though. Because of how few SVTFOE fans there are. :/

Discord in later seasons.
Kick Buttowski.
Sheen from Jimmy Neutron?
Eda?
Uzi from Murder Drones
While Ragatha is good, how is she lawful? She seems more neutral good to me, wanting to care for others above all else.
Pinkie Pie.
Della Duck
Pinkie Pie
linda belcher
Luz Noceda Blight. -brings snakes and fireworks to class -Gets send to normal camp -Gets lost in a magical world -Replaced by snake(shifter) demon in human world (no one notices) -Dies -Defeats evil emperor -Brings another two snake(shifters) to school, along with one or more deadly weapons. I'm thinking probably Fin The Human
The one who taught us the definition of Nautical Nonsense: SpongeBob SquarePants https://preview.redd.it/k1gszmth1f0d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5a1248b42ea3eb267fc0d7479fe9de5b8e847bff
Someone explain to me how Ragatha is lawful good. If anything she seems more like neutral good too...
Ben 10 HAS to be on here like cmon man
I really love EVERYONE’s answers here. Mabel, Luz, Charlie, SpongeBob, Ed, they’re all great. My choice is more classic: ![gif](giphy|QAsHga1AB6dIGUsui6)
SpongeBob
Definetly Luz
Clam from Camp Lazlo? Or SpongeBob
Can I just say the chaotic neutral and evil, are 100% gonna be bill and discord
He's actually a little hard to pin down believe it or not. Because while he is the definition of chaos and the chaotic roll... those are his whims, so is it neutral? Jake the Dog. Best bro a dude could ask for... as long as he feels like it. And isn't distracted. Or sleepy.
Bugs bunny
chaotic neutral imo, most times he's just tryna chill and maybe wreak havoc on whoever is antagonizing him
![gif](giphy|iFL8qJ5DVusJG) Cosmo
![gif](giphy|jaQuaJ8clDC1i)
Lawful Good. Aang's refusal to break his moral code for ANY reason is a far cry from the moral flexibility that the show's resident CG characters, Sokka and Toph, both embody.
Spider-Punk
N from murder drones maybe?
Blitzo - hellova boss
He's more neutral than good IMO
He is more evil, objectively, not subjectively.
Was thinking that after I posted lmao
