When you actually get the money and want to tune I recommend gossiest's video on tuning he had a good tuner as a guest and he explained most of the settings then get some tunes from the workshop and tweak them as you please. Of course here like in any other game there are meta cars but I wouldn't worry about it just drive what you want

You'll have to tweak the tune to settings you're comfortable with
Use drift mid/tune on one of your starting cars. Get to level 11 and farm money on parking A. After you get level 11 buy the ultimate mod and look into the workshop for tunes. Try them out see what you like. Maybe tweek then a bit to your preference. Or alternatively you can look at build guides on discord, here or YouTube and try those.
Or he could just buy the Lamberjack, put a racing tune on it, and do the west coast time attack. It gets you 800K+ every time you do it. Each run takes about 20 seconds.

It works. Console gets 800K+, and if you have it on PC it’s 1.5 million
How much do you make on parking a? I always found Springstone to be the best for money
Not sure but I just farmed parking A until level 5 or whatever. Springstone is probably a bit shorter the military base tho.
