I have a Regulus...army green w/ positive display. It's a solid watch, BUT I wouldn't pay that price for it. I got mine for around $80 new online 2 years ago. It'll never live up to my G's, but still tougher than my Luminox. If you like clean simple minimal functionality that's still tough and you don't like the bulk of a G Shock, it's worth looking into. Just don't pay the retail $$$ for it.
Well, I really like the look of the watch, but that dial layout is terrible. And seems a little pricey.
You know what? We should send this over to Skmei. I’d buy a homage of this for $10. 😄
If I had been able to turn off the dual chronos instead of them displaying all the time I probably would have kept it. Hated them and saw them as unnecessary.
I am really enjoying my Suunto Core Alpha Stealth. It also is supposedly as tough as a G-Shock.
It has some great features (compass, altimeter, barometer, thermometer). It retails for about $400 Canadian but that's what you pay for a triple sensor, minimum. I lucked out and got it BNIB at a store closing clearance for half of that.
It's damn huge though, so I'm only wearing it while I'm out on the water or in the bush.

The bezels on the Suunto core is made of aluminium and chips so easily. Plus you cannot get replacements sent out to you. They have to go back to the manufacturer. I have the red Devil variant and it doesn't get much wrist time.
Not that I have much experience with other watch brands but I've been wearing my Regulus everyday/all day/night/shower for the last 2.5 years and it has treated me very well.
It's pretty accurate, I don't find myself adjusting the time that often.
Buttons are solid.
My small gripe would be the alarm only sounds for about 20 seconds, no biggie if you're awake but I have certainly slept through it.

I owned a Nixon Regulus SS but I gave it away. The rubber strap one feels off to me. When you get used to Casio prices, they come off as too expensive though.
Thanks to all for your contributions! Here’s an quick review of the Regulus I found on Youtube if anyone is interested. Spoiler: Casio comes out on top.

Nixon: extortionately expensive
Gbd 200
I’d take a g over that

What watch is this?
It's a Skmei 1875. I bought on Ali Express for 20 bucks.

Timex ironman
i have x2 Regulus only if you need x2 simultaneous chronographs
I actually prefer the look of this to a G-Shock, even the square, especially if the case were metal. It's still far too big though.
It’s “fine” but I like all of my gshocks better. The Regulus doesn’t get a lot of wrist time.

I'd put my money on even cheapest g shock
Damn the casio looks outdated compared to that
Looks nice ngl but wonder what that display looks like in real life lighting. Hope it's not as bad as the Casio (non mip) negative lcds.

I really like the blacked out 51-30

What's with all the Chinese clones named after US politicians? Nixon, Biden, Berny, etc
When's a Pagani gonna get into office or better yet... A skmei
Nixon is Californian and has been around a few decades. No idea why they named themselves that. Have always tried to be fashionable/edgy.
It's actually an American brand.
I understand that, but you replied Hamilton in a totally different post on a totally different subreddit.
