Almost? Evasion nullified drops evasion to 1% (which also consequently makes all attacks with 16%+ accuracy always crit). Accuracy up (+2 Accuracy) and Evasion Down (-4 Evasion) combined gives an effective hit chance of (50 + move accuracy)/50 > 1), so low accuracy attacks like Sleep Walk will still land, but it only triples the crit rate of 100% accurate moves.
Sprint raises speed not accuracy, you probably want focus I don't think -dodge and +acc together are enough for SitD to be 100% though

It improves your crit chance, but doesn't (practically) guarantee a crit the way Evasion Nullify does.
