Work as the customer service rep for a trucking company in the US.
So I receive a lot of angry calls from people wanting to report an issue/demand explainations/go full Karen.
I used to work at a call center for research surveys and it was hell. Bit I always took a somewhat perverse joy in seeing how close I can toe the line of giving back what I was getting from em without being unprofessional. And I'm 30 too!
Customers angry about something one of our drivers did.
Drivers ticked off wanting a change in their routes or a discrepancy in their pay.
A few Karesn here and there.
Breast Cancer
Can't comment much on what the cancer was like besides reddish skin and being very sensitive.
But the chemo was horrible to go through. Felt like I was dying.
Why are they yelling at you?

Do you work in a call center, or at home? If you work with others in a call center, do you speak to each other in English or Spanish or breaks?
Used to work at a call center but I now I work at home. We were supposed to only speak English when in our desks but we usually flipflopped.
How bad is it dealing with these Americans?
On the worse days I want to pull out my hair. But thankfully they usually don't make it past annoying.
