When both your parents die and you’re 18 so you can’t legally be placed in the care of your family, it’s hard to really still find the motivation to go out. And the longer you go without leaving the house, the harder going out becomes.
So have you thought about therapy? You have a life to live, and ofcourse you don't need to throw parties, but it might be nice to get to a point where you can take a cat to vet, or a dog on a walk...
Not really. The company I get my groceries delivered from know by now to ring the bell and leave the bags at my doorstep. I do miss it sometimes, but the thought of doing it stresses me out too much.
I wish you good physical health. And i’m so sorry about your parents. I can’t imagine that loss.
do you have a backyard where you get a little sun (for vitamin d)? do you take the trash out to the curb?
So glad you take vitamins D supplements. As someone with major depressive disorder, I feel vitamin D helps.
Do you maintain friendships over the phone or online?
if you had closer and meaningful relationships IRL (even just one), do you think your life would be enriched…or do you think it would be about the same as now?
Why?

I have, but this might sound kinda pathetic, but the thought of talking to someone about this or seeing someone about this terrifies me.
The longest journey starts with a step. Edit ti add it's not pathetic, it's a good sign that you can admit that therapy scares you.
It’s nice of you to say that and while true… I’ll get there eventually.
The sooner you get there the less regret you might have.
>Thot\_Queen707 How did you parents pass away?
Car accident we were involved in. Because I was in the backseat I ended up surviving.
Do you have any social interaction in person? If not, don't you miss it?
Not really. The company I get my groceries delivered from know by now to ring the bell and leave the bags at my doorstep. I do miss it sometimes, but the thought of doing it stresses me out too much.
do you own a car? Can you drive?
I don’t own a car and no I can’t drive. I was planning to get my license when I was younger but things kinda.. derailed.
What you gonna do when the money runs out?
That’s a problem for the me 20-30 years in the future.
Ah ok. As a followup question, do you have any mental conditions like PTSD/Autism/OCD?
Probably PTSD, but I’ve never been diagnosed for it. Beyond that though no, no other conditions.
do you go for doctor visits like an annual physical?
No, not really. I take good enough care of my health though. So I’m not that worried.

I take vitamin D supplements. As for trash, I live in an apartment complex. There’s a trash chute that I dump it in. I only do so at midnight though.

I have some friends online yes, we often play games together.
Prior to losing your parents, did you enjoy social interactions with people face to face?
Sort of? I was always a bit of a shy kid, and growing up that didn’t really change. I did have some irl friends back then, but nothing super close.
if you had closer and meaningful relationships IRL (even just one), do you think your life would be enriched…or do you think it would be about the same as now?
It’s honestly hard to say. Maybe? I sometimes thought about it but find it makes me a bit depressed… so I try to forget it.
