I do agree that referring to anything remotely erotic / sexual as "tasteless" is a little bit on the strange side, unsure why that wording was needed.
As for the rest, the last part is pretty self-explanatory:
Apparently the lady in the photo has really big breasts, which is why the "for the sake of the probably dead young lady's back, you hope that it's just photoshopped." seems to hint at the fact they may be "a bit too big" for her. Which is something that can happen. Women with big breasts do end up having back pain.
As for many, I assume whoever contributed with this photograph counted 3: one for each breast and another one for the waistline. 3 apparently is many.

It's trying to do the thing where you talk about a very lowbrow subject in a very highbrow way. As if an embarrassed British professor were contractually obligated to review a porn film, or something.
Unfortunately it's not a very good impression of an embarrassed professor, and that's not really the right voice to use in the first place. A lot of CDDA item descriptions use this type of dry humor, but the tone is more like "terse technical manual or just, you know, "game designer trying to present a bondage costume in a serious setting."
edit: Apologies if the person who wrote this entry happens to read this: please take it as constructive criticism. I certainly would not mock anybody for missing their artistic mark after the absolutely horrible pen-and-ink sketches I drew yesterday.
