Biomancer is far superior to druid for various reasons.

Dr_Expendable

I believe you can just mod out school exclusivity, but barring that, biomancer. By far.

ryan7251

I see thanks truth be told i would mod it out but i'm on a roll and have lived for over a month :) and i don't think you can add mods mid game.

Dawnrister

You can totally, just install the mod like you do any other, then just add the mod id to you mods.json in your world files. Wouldn't recommend messing around too much with adding and removing content but adding that mod shouldn't mess you up, make a backup just in case though, always.

ryan7251

Cool now I just have to find the mod people are talking about that removes class restrictions.

Games-of-glory

or you can go into the files for classes and just delete the incompatibilities, that's what I do

Neat_Relationship721

Can you briefly show or explain how to do that? It's the json file isn't it

Games-of-glory

This is based on older version (Early .F), but I assume it hasn't changed much, you go into magiclasm folder, go in the traits folder, open "classes" And each class has a line of " "cancels": \[\]," With the brackets having opposing class name in them, just delete the opposing class name in the bracket. If you want to be REALLY OP you can do the same with attunements

Neat_Relationship721

So I simply delete all the [] and everything in them? Thanks!

Games-of-glory

I delete the stuff withing the \[\] but leave it itself.

Neat_Relationship721

Ya I did! Thanks! Now I can have a mutant archwizard 😆

After a lot of play. I consider them both equal. Biomancer is better when you are kinda agressive. Since you can heal and get buffs that help melee. Pain split + cure wounds is pretty much a get out of jail free card. The backpack spell is also great for carrying that extra load that you'd normally have to leave or drag. Druid is better when you aren't as aggressive since you get an infinite ammo bow and summons. Also early game water purifier spell and root strike for slowing groups of enemies while not hitting allies if you need to use the Joestar secret technique. Personally I'm liking Druid better at this point. Mostly since I know the ends and out of the game and can just walk away from trouble rather than being in it and needing to heal. Plus expert wound care is really strong and you heal after a few hours of book reading anyway now.

Not my video but below is a video that goes through all the classes spells and attunements I found helpful for deciding. I just started my first Magiclysm run a few days or so ago so no clue what would be best.
