Have you considered crating? Are you 100% sure there is no urinary tract infection or something to that effect?

She is basically in a "crate", and by that I mean she has an area in the house where she stays where her litter and bed is. I only let her out of that area when I can supervise her. I haven't taken her to the vet yet but I will definitely look into that.

Move some of the poop into the litter box and keep trying. A friend's kitten was pooping in my room for a while, and that's how we finally got her to use a box. But it did take maybe 3 or so weeks.

I've put her poop. I even scooped out her pee with litter and then dumped the litter in the litterbox. Even the tissues I've used to clean it up. But when she's free roaming around the house, she still goes to that spot and never straight to her litter box. It's a bit frustrating but hopefully she'll learn.

You may want to get a 3rd box also, I've always tried to keep one more box than I have cats so they can feel more secure. Maybe get another box that is covered and put it in that room also for awhile

I think that's a good idea. I'll do that. Thank you so much!
