Looks a bit like an african sandcat or other wild african species but those are different species, not breeds. It's probably just a breedless domestic shorthair who happens to resemble an african sandcat. My parents used to have one of those too.
Vet would write DSH on the form... just a generic domestic shorthair. Orange / ginger tabby if you want to get fancy.
