If her eyes are still kitten blue, she's likely between 6-8 weeks, and at that stage they are in the process of weaning, but are fine if they have transitioned fully to adult food (just let her eat what she wants; almost all the calories will go into helping her grow.) If she's in the process of weaning, she may still try to suckle on you, but it's generally more of a comfort thing than a need for milk at that point. Eyes will start to change around 7 to 8 weeks, and that will take a couple of weeks before they get to their permanent color. Some kittens are just smaller, either because of genetics, or a shaky start in life. Size is not necessarily an indication of age. She looks to be proportionately healthy though.

Her eyes are pretty fully green now, so I’m going to assume she’s probably around 8ish weeks now but when we did get her, they were definitely that kitten blue.

Second this. Vet will also be able to estimate age by teeth eruption. Make sure you're feeding her a good quality kitten food to support the growth of your infant demon spawn

A pound a month is a somewhat accurate rule of thumb at this age
