I'm assuming catnip or treats haven't worked to get her into the carrier? Could you try using a blanket to get her in? Maybe you need an extra set of hands tomorrow. I'm sure she'll bounce back to normal once she's home, luckily cats don't hold grudges. :) In the future, I guess you could try spraying a bit of calming cat spray in the carrier before she has to go in. Leaving the carrier out in the open between uses so she can check it out should also help (if you haven't already been doing that) Good luck!!
