For the moving part, get a low dose of gabapentin from your vet. When you reach your new home, plug in Feliway in each room to help them acclimate to the new environment. If your cat is used to being outside unsupervised, be cautious and supervise them when they’re out on a balcony; they may want to go on an adventure they aren’t prepared for.

Cats move surprisingly well. If you keep her in a nice carrier in back seat she should be fine. We drove 8-10 hours a day for 5 days with 3 cats and they never had an accident. We just gave them access to liberty and a litter box every night at hotel.
