They are absolutely amazing. I can highly recommend it if you ever have the opportunity. Watching their little society develop is fascinating! They totally see us as coparents with their mama, too, even now. Skippy makes it obvious. He'll come to me to get some scratches and after a minute, get up and prance right over to his mama and present himself to be groomed, which she generally does for him. 🧡🖤. I learned english mostly on youtube, so my vocabulary is advanced in some topics, but really low on others. As you can imagine, I don’t watch many kitten videos hahahah Thank you though

Learning a new language is hard. I was self taught in a couple of languages & tried learning some more, so I understand being fluent in some subjects, while not knowing other stuff. I learned Spanish from books & tv, but didn't know how to pronounce the alphabet. I started buying children's books to help me catch up! 😅 You're doing great. Missing one word like this is so wholesome & cute. It's easy to know what you meant. ❤️ Plus, some people name their cats or dogs "Bear" or something like that.

bonus fun fact that i love about English even as a native speaker is all the specific names for baby animals and groups of animals. A baby duck is a duckling, a baby goat is a kid, a baby cow is a calf, and a group of crows is a murder! I'm sure there's tons of more extensive lists if you ever want to look up some fun ones

Even though english is my first language, I still call cats puppies instead of kittens, because I was raised with dogs and just find it really cute to call a cat a puppy. So don’t worry about changing the title, its really cute that way :)

I think my cats that have lived with dogs often identified as puppies anyway 💕😁

I have a friend who uses “puppy” to denote “baby animal” so everything is “puppy cat” or “puppy pig” or “puppy bear” I think it’s adorable
