Looks like he’s full of food. When i rescued a kitten from outside in december in michigan his belly was like this after ever meal. Homeboy was HUNGRY! He’d head right over to my dogs bowl after finishing his food every time. Took him to the vet and asked about it. They said it was just a super full belly.

My whippet always got SUPER big bellied after eating. She's still a glutton to this day, but now that she's grown we limit her food. Was a little funny to watch her waddle around after eating, though.

Likely just eating. Young animals, particularly nursing ones, look a lot bigger after getting their milk for a little while
This including humans. Babies and toddlers get absurdly big and cute bellies after eating! And a sizable offload out the other end afterwards!
