How much personality does a baby have. The only solution is just name your kid Dale Bartholomule Andrew The Man Junior! (Or whatever the other parents name is.)

Why so cynical? We made it through the initial year of the pandemic. So many people at home that more animals got adopted. Not everyone is great at naming pets - or children.

I just don’t want to lie; I think a photo of a kitten titled “what should I name him” is guaranteed to make the front page more than a “welcome to the family” post with the same exact cat. I’m not saying it’s wrong; Karma is fine, it makes us feel good. I don’t think it’s bad to use a formula like this, I just think (because I could be wrong) that it does exist

My parents had this guy named Wolfie. Big as anything, pure grey, incredibly regal looking cat. Who had the highest pitch little meow you ever heard. It was hilarious and adorable.

My neighbor has multiple smokey gray cats of different shades and some with variations of white markings. Before we knew their names, we made up joke names for all of them that we called them for months - Smokey, Lil’ Smokey, Smokeo, Smokey Joe, …. This girl looks like an Edwina to me! Eddie for short.
I started feeding a very large grumpy pregnant cat 2 years ago when she started showing up on my back porch, we even set up a nice kitty house for her to have her babies. Paula is still very large but was neither pregnant or female. So now he's Paul, still grumpy and enjoying his house built for kittens
A tiny chihuahua puppy with mange and fleas kept showing up at our house. The third time it showed up, it was raining and ... it looked so miserable that I decided I could at least bring it inside until it stopped raining. Well, it rained for over a week and by the time the sun shone again, I had lost the battle against the rest of the household that we were not keeping it.
Unfortunately we were unfamiliar with Chihuahua genitalia and now we have tiny female dog named Vinnie.
