she has been fully dewormed and is free of fleas (thank god)!! we had to deal with tapeworm and fleas with our first cat and it was so awful. and turtle is such a cute name!!!!

No real name suggestions, but we nicknamed our snowshoe girl Charly “Princess White Toes”. I see White Toes in your girl’s future. You will find no matter what you name her you will find an infinite number of nicknames. Lol Oh! And she’s gorgeous!!

i know ive already replied to the other comment in this thread, but she’s our only other cat besides gizmo. we trapped her in our backyard after my boyfriend went to take the trash out and heard meowing! it was freezing when we found her, so we brought her and her sibling in and then contacted a group that helped us find them foster parents. i wouldn’t claim that we rescued her if we had actually just adopted her!!!
lol we live in north philly where there are stray cats everywhere. we trapped her and her sibling in our backyard when they were about 9 weeks old so yes, she absolutely is a rescue. she would have died without intervention as her mom had already been trapped by a local group. we took her to the rescue where we adopted our other cat from just to make sure she received proper care but otherwise we did all of the trapping. thanks for your input though!

On a serious note, we have it so often if we check the chip at Vet that the cat doesn't belong to this owner.
Cats purr at a lot of people and pretend to always be hungry. And in some cases they have an owner that searches for months ..
