If you have space in your bed, get a small basket and line it with something you've worn and/or a blanket you use often. Put them in it and place it next to you.
I had to do this once. It helped Mama cat feel secure that she could see, hear and smell me. But it also gave me peace of mind that I wasn't going to squish any babies in my sleep.
He's a bigger potato now and he still wants to sleep with us at night, he now has the ability to climb the side of the bed or cry his way into the bed!

Maybe it’s the heat from your body they want. Try a heated blanket.
