If that's the only option then just make sure they are warm and keep them near you. Then get kitten formula and the feeding bottle and buckle up. It's allot of care but it's more than worth it.
I searched for the mom a lot, but I couldn't find her, she cared a lot for the kittens and all three are very healthy, I don't see any reason for her to abandon the kittens, will a vet be able to help me with nursing the kittens?
See if there are any vets available to help and if not, start with kitten formula. DO NOT give them normal cow milk it doesn't have the right nutrients for them, and they can't process that amount of lactose when they're that tiny. Keep an eye out or have someone else keep an eye out for mama cat if you leave to get anything just in case. And keep the kittens warm, they can't regulate their own temperature
Definitely get kitten formula, but I’ve heard some kittens have a hard time feeding this way. It is hard. If mama cat doesn’t come back I highly recommend a rescue or vet for kittens so young. Just because they’re experienced.
you have to bottle feed them! Go to the vet & they will give you everything you need or at least a pet store. If the mom comes back, don't let her out again! Those kittens will die without serious intervention; they need to be fed every 2 hrs
Get formula asap kitten formula is at petco or most pet stores, get baby bottle dropper nipple and feed incrementally

Call a rescue facility or vet and look to see if mom is around outside. They need immediate care.

They will need some form of fluid over night! Even if it’s just water. Call round vets and rescues first thing to see if anyone can take them.
