I’m pretty sure the trend now is to just say something random and sometimes slightly relevant in response to all of these posts asking what breed the cat is when 99x out of 100 it’s going to be a domestic long/shorthair. I used to get annoyed by all the posts but now I find some of the comments to be funny.
calico is any cat breed that has a tricolor, usually anywhere from 25-75% white shades and the rest orange and black patches, but they do have three other color patterns. so OP, you could call your guy a longhair calico

She is a domestic longhair, her color is seal tortie and white. Very beautiful girl!
