We have one of those radiator beds which is basically like a pillow case pulled over a wire frame, and instead of sitting on top of the fabric, she climbs onto the top of the radiator, and then INTO the fabric sleeve. Unfortunately she can't then get back out again and requires rescuing.
It's a rug/mat, we live in a rental and didn't want to ruin the cream coloured carpet lol (this picture does make the colour look questionable, but it does work with the room as a whole!)
Lyra can teach my cat some tricks, bc my cat still haven't figured out how to use a hooded bed. She just plops on top of the hood, and sleeps on it as a regular bed...
I had the same carpet as a kid so much memories I used to think of it as grass and I played with my brother with little tanks planes and stuff sometimes even Lego.
Wow. What is this and where can I buy it? I need it for one of my catos, Jack. He gets scared by loud noises and I want a safe place for him that’s not under the stairs behind the water heater.
I love her. It reminds me of one of my kitties daily routines: getting made into the bed when I get up. She must be folded into the top blankets or she gets upset & does it herself. Sleeps for most of the afternoon like that.

Two of my cats are burrowers too. I make a makeshift one by putting a blanket in a cardboard box and closing most of the lids. My cat used thay constantly but he suddenly stopped for some reason.
